Description

These Alexia sweet potato fries air fryer style are crisp, golden, and ready in just 15 minutes. Perfect for healthy snacking or weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 oz Alexia sweet potato fries (half a 20 oz bag)

  • Salt to taste

  • Optional: paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper


Instructions

 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.

  2. Spread half a bag of Alexia sweet potato fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

  3. Air fry for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through.

  4. Check for crisp edges and tender centers.

  5. Remove from air fryer and season with salt or your favorite spice blend.

  6. Serve immediately with dipping sauces of choice.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed.

Reheat leftovers at 375°F for 2 to 3 minutes to regain crispness.

Great with dipping sauces like sriracha mayo, garlic aioli, honey mustard, or comeback sauce.
