Description

Ingredients

2 medium zucchinis

1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Slice zucchini into 1/4-inch rounds.

Lay slices on a paper towel, sprinkle with salt, and rest 10–15 minutes.

Blot dry to remove moisture.

Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

Spray zucchini lightly with olive oil and season with garlic powder.

Press slices into grated parmesan on one side.

Place in air fryer basket, cheese-side up.
