This easy air fryer tortilla quiche delivers creamy eggs, crispy crust, and loads of flavor in under 15 minutes—perfect for breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients
1 large flour tortilla
2 eggs
2 tbsp milk or cream
¼ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
2 tbsp diced bell pepper
2 tbsp chopped spinach (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Nonstick spray or butter
Instructions
Spray a small dish or cake pan with nonstick spray and press in the tortilla to form a shell.
Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and any optional fillings.
Pour mixture into tortilla and top with shredded cheese.
Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
Place dish in air fryer basket and cook for 10–12 minutes.
Remove and let cool 2 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use flour tortillas for best results; corn can break apart.
Add bacon, mushrooms, or ham for a heartier version.
