Description
Air fryer poached eggs are quick, mess-free, and delicious with silky whites and rich, runny yolks. Perfect for everyday breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients
· 2 large eggs
· 2 tbsp warm water
· Nonstick spray or butter
· 2 ramekins or silicone muffin cups
Instructions
· Preheat air fryer to 330°F for 3 minutes.
· Spray ramekins with nonstick spray and add 1 tbsp warm water to each.
· Crack one egg into each ramekin carefully.
· Place ramekins in air fryer basket and cook for 5–6 minutes.
· Remove carefully with tongs and serve immediately.
Notes
· Add a pinch of salt or vinegar if you want more flavor depth.
· Adjust cooking time by 30 seconds if you prefer firmer yolks.
· Use silicone cups for easier cleanup and release.
· Try it with toast, grits, or avocado for delicious variations.
